I had a double room with windows overlooking garden and exceptionally comfortable bed. Central heating, flat-screen television, and a safe box were included. The staff were very-very nice all the time, with my random request to find a local nail salon.

We had a great experience at Airport Hotel Hanoi - Convenient & Friendly. The breakfast was delicious, but unfortunately, we didn't have much time to enjoy it before heading to the airport. The hotel also offers a convenient airport drop-off service, which was included in the price. We were also able to purchase meals from the hotel itself, as it is located far from other dining options. The room rate even included water, tea, and coffee. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay.
